Governare una cucina d’eccellenza significa confrontarsi con una vera e propria azienda aperta al giudizio del pubblico e alle logiche del business. Ma c’è chi investe in progetti imprenditoriali ristorativi, pur non essendo chef, definendo l’identità del ristorante attraverso la creazione di una buona brigata sia in cucina che in sala e soprattutto attraverso la scelta di uno chef de range. E’ proprio questo il caso del John Restaurant, nato dalla spiccata attitudine imprenditoriale del sig, Giovanni Esposito, oltre che dalla vision culinaria da egli maturata in anni di pranzi e cene aziendali nei migliori ristoranti d’Italia e non. Passione, abnegazione, vision della food experience ben definita e focus rivolto alla stagionalità oltre che alla territorialità dei prodotti, sono l’engine del John Restaurant.

Gianluca Mangiapia
Il punto di riferimento della brigata. La mente da cui nascono grandi creazioni culinarie. A soli 29 anni, Gianluca Mangiapia porta con sé un notevole bagaglio di esperienza, intenso studio e ricercatezza. Dopo essersi formato in diverse realtà, anche estere, approda nella cucina di John Restaurant per sorprendere ogni palato.
